What kind of a doctor do i see for hair loss?

I have been taken an anti seizure drug for seizures that causes hair loss. I just today was put on a different seizure med and am being weened off the topomax. What kind of doctor do I see to help grow back the hair I have lost? It is half as thick as it was a year ago. It is all over the house and comes out in strands in the shower. Help! It has to come from inside. topical products will not make it grow back as the problem comes from the sides affects of topomax.What kind of a doctor do i see for hair loss?
